Trouble signing in
If you can’t sign in, double-check that you’re using the email address your institution registered with ACTS. Sign-in is case-insensitive but the email must match exactly.
Reset your password
Visit Forgot password and enter the email on your account. You’ll receive a reset email from ACTS Education within a few minutes — check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t appear. The reset link is valid for one hour.
